One-night Popup. A benefit for this summer’s hurricane victims in Houston and Puerto Rico. A simple 3-course supper hosted by Coquette chefs Kristen Essig and Michael Stoltzfus along with cocktails by Neal Bodenheimer of Cure and red beans by the Red Beans Road Show’s Pableaux Johnson. The $50 ticket includes a full evening of fun, including a 3-course family-style red beans meal, cocktails by Cure and beer/wine included.Proceeds will benefit long-haul hurricane relief efforts via Houston’s Southern Salt Foundation (run by Chef Bryan Caswell http://www.southernsaltfoundation.org ) and Chef Jose Andres’ World Central Kitchen (https://www.worldcentralkitchen.org/) in their ongoing response in Puerto Rico.
